Got sensitive skin? There’s some simple steps you can take to sensitive skin care.
If you have sensitive skin there’s some simple things you can do for it that may mean you really don’t need to have sensitive skin.
There’s a range of annoying symptoms that come with sensitive skin like redness and blotchiness on your skin, itchiness, dryness and lots more.
And that’s not to state sensitive skin conditions can be controlled simply for everyone, you may have a specific condition that you should consult a dermatologist for. But why not try some easy stuff first and see how it works for you.
The first thing sufferers of sensitive skin need to do is to have a look at your current cosmetics and skin care products. Because there are a whole lot of skin care products and anti aging products and cosmetics that can actually cause the problem of sensitive skin. All those face masks and blushes and creams and so on can actually be the problem.
You’ll know if you’ve read my site that Ive warned often about the hazardous ingredients often found in huge brand name skin care products like moisturizers, face creams and other skin care treatments and anti wrinkle creams.
Here’s an example. Parabens. Parabens is the name of a range of chemicals that are used extensively in many huge brand skin care and anti aging products and cosmetics. they are very cheap and are used as a preservative. And parabens are listed in the cosmetics database as a hazard. 2 are listed as a hazard on a scale of 1 to 10 of at least a 7 or 8.
And of course if there are parabens in your cosmetics, say, then this alone could in fact be causing your sensitive skin problems. Maybe or maybe not, but it certainly is worth finding out.
Many huge brand cosmetics and skin care products include similar or the same ingredients, and you may well find that if you change your cosmetic brand to a natural non allergenic cosmetic brand many, or all, of your sensitive skin problems go away.
And the first time I encountered this it was a personal experience. My 8 year old daughter had her first ballet concert coming up and she got made up for it, as you do.
Within an hour or 2 her face had broken out in a Massive rash, and at that point we decided to do something about the cosmetics she used.
So have a good look at your cosmetics and skin care products and if they’re large brand name products from your local store then the chances are that they have some nasty ingredients in them and that itself could be causing sensitive skin care problems.
Use low allergenic laundry detergents too. there are lots of detergents that also contain ingredients that may cause skin reactions in people with all sorts of skin types. In particular wash sheets and pillow cases with low or non allergenic detergents. Rinse well and avoid any detergents, as well as skin care products and cosmetics, with fragrances.
Fragrances are also chemicals and can cause skin reactions for all skin types, including those with oily skin and healthy skin.
And if you do have problems with skin allergies, make sure you visit an allergy specialist, a good one can also point you to other products that can be causing problems.
You need to source a range of non allergenic range of both natural cosmetics and natural anti aging skin care products.
Luckily it also turns out that the companies that make the ideal natural cosmetics and natural anti aging skin care products also make the ideal products. they are small niche companies making excellent products, and at very competitive prices too.
They’re priced competitively because they don’t spend Big amounts on Television advertising and so keep their costs right down. They rely on their products to sell themselves once people have tried them.
And you’ll find that those large brand name products are made down to a price rather than up to a standard.
So there’s some sensitive skin tips. If they don’t work consult an expert like a good dermatologist, but just doing these things may well clear up your sensitive skin.
