Steps For Removing Stretch Marks
Stretch marks are caused by skin damage due to the skin reaching reaching it’s elasticity limit. When thus happens, the skin begins to break up and become quite damaged and as a result stretch marks appear. Pregnant women and those that put on weight fast, will often suffer from these marks as the skin isn't designed to stretch so fast.
There are many ways that you can prevent these marks from appearing. And if you already have them, you can do some specific things that'll help minimizing their appearance.
The first treatment that you can try can easily be done at home. What you need is to loofah the marks very gently. What this will do is get rid of all that dead skin and reveal new skin beneath. Just make sure that you don’t rub it too hard or else you could inflame the skin which can lead to other skin problems. Be gentle and do your ideal to get rid of all that dead skin over the stretch mark.
The next thing you can do, is top open up a capsule of vitamin E. This is really great because when this is rubbed on to the marks, it lightens up the skin a lot. This is an excellent way of making the marks almost invisible.
Using lotion you can stimulate your skin and encourage fresh and healthy growth. Just apply some to your body once you've had a shower or bath and this should help you deal with the problem.
The last and probably most important point, is to make sure that you are drinking lots of water and eating a very healthy diet. Do your ideal to eat 5 fruit and vegetables as the vitamins are great for your skin. This is important even after your skin has returned to normal because your body needs a good supply of water and vitamins to run on top form. So make sure that you continue eating a healthy diet and drinking lots of water even once your skin has become healthy again.
