Cellulite - Whom to believe

We believe what we hear, that's what people normally do. they're a number of companies who claim that they can reduce the dreaded cellulite. Some state in 9 minutes, some state in 1 month and so on. 
There is lots of myth about cellulite. The feeling is if we do exercises it will reduce cellulite. Some state apply the cosmetic product cream and it will reduce cellulite. Some state there is no way but to perform the lipo suction operation.
So the question still remains the same, whom to believe what's the way we can get rid of this cellulite. Do we've to believe these people and just try out the things what they're saying. Just invest money on these things and see whether it is working or not.
I don’t think so many people don’t want to experiment any new things on themselves first. So the ideal way may be is to ask people who had cellulite, who have done either exercises or applied cream or had lipo suction etc and find out whether it has worked for them or not. If it has worked for them then why not use that method.
But the question is where can you find these people. The answer is may be ask your friends, but don’t search the internet as there will be number of people claiming that they can reduce cellulite.
Your friends and family don’t lie to you, so you can believe in them, but the problem is, have they had cellulite. If they don’t then it is the same old story “whom to ask”. But if they'd cellulite and it has been reduced then OK you can try the method that they used.
