You may not be aware that your simple bruising may be caused by a lack of regular exercise. even though if may sound counter-intuitive, your tendency to bruise easily can be increased by a lack of regular exercise routine, in a similar way that simple bruising can be increased by an unbalanced diet.

A proper exercise regime won't only enhance the “external” fitness of your body, but it will help optimize your “internal” body’s systems fitness as well. When the “internal” body’s systems are working optimally, you won't bruise as easily, your bruises will heal quicker when you do get them, and you'll feel and look superior all at the same time. The other great thing about cardio/aerobic exercise is that it increases your metabolic rate. All dieters will be aware of this because once your metabolic rate increases it means that you burn off fat more quickly, even while you are asleep. But your metabolic rate also contributes to your speed of recovery from injury, so a faster metabolic rate means a faster recovery rate too, therefore with any bruising you do manage to pick up, you will recover much more quickly. You win both ways.

Aerobic exercise is actually easy; you don’t even have to go to the gym. Good effective forms of aerobic/cardio exercise include walking, jogging, swimming, skipping, and cycling and they don’t have to be particularly strenuous. Just as long as you work hard enough to up your heart and lung rate, you will be upping your metabolic rate and contributing to a faster recovery time from any bruising.
