For centuries, there have been so called fountains of youth, youth serums, magic longevity potions as well as spells or prayers that people thought would give them eternal youth. In recent years, many scientists and psychologists have traveled the globe to find this and some claim to have found the secret but unfortunately this has not been the case yet, even though the investigations still continue and some things have been found to help with the issues.
In recent studies, they were able to prove that as far back as the 13th century they tried to discover the fountain of youth. The Romans believed that they could achieve their goals of longer life through the use of Yoga. although yoga will make a person feel better and more centered, it is not a fountain of youth.
